I have had my issues with self-harm in the past so I know how hard it is to not relapse and go back to old

ways and let's be honest its not the best way deal with things.

So I have come up with some alternatives to self-harming and next time you feel like hurting yourself

Play with face paint

Paint something

Paint your nails

Build something

Do volunteer work

Call a friend

Hug someone

Go shopping

Talk to someone

Watch your favourite TV show

Watch a movie

Sing

Take up a new hobby

Read something


Relaxing

Cuddle with a stuffed toy

Light candles

Meditate
